A tale of first love, loss, and the bittersweet departure from childhood, ALICE BY HEART puts the magic of Wonderland against a backdrop of the 1941 London Blitz. Alice and others take shelter in an underground subway tube. Her friend Alfred must be quarantined, but she encourages him to join her in escapism through recounting her favorite tale, Alice in Wonderland. This show takes us on Alice’s journey back to Wonderland and through the pain of growing up.
